To obtain repeat prescriptions for regular treatments without seeing the doctor, please give at least two full working days’ notice when making your request. If you telephone for a prescription, please telephone Dursley 540565 and leave a message. If you request a prescription by post please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Please note that medicines for the treatment of common symptoms are available without prescription from pharmacies.
