are able to use this service you
must first have access to your
personal registration
information. Read the
instructions below. You
must be 18 years of age or over
to register.
OBTAINING YOUR
EMIS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Come to the
Surgery and ask the Receptionist
for a form to register for Emis
Access. Your registration
details will be ready for
collection in 2 working days.
When collecting your letter
please remember to bring proof
of identity, eg Birth
Certificate, household bill,
passport, driving licence or ID
card.
FIRST TIME USE
OF EMIS ONLINE SERVICES
Click on
https://www.emisaccess.co.uk/signup/signup_a.aspx
and follow the log-on
instructions.
You will be asked to create an
account.
You will be prompted for your
personal login details, which
will be on your registration
letter, previously obtained from
the surgery.
You can then register and use
the online services.
