BOOK APPOINTMENTS
ONLINE
You are now able to
book appointments online using the
surgery Emis online system. Before you
are able to use this service you
must first have access to your
personal registration
information. You
must be 18 years of age or over
to register. Come to the Surgery
and ask the Receptionist for a form
to register for Emis Access. Your
registration details will be ready
for collection in 2 working days.
When collecting your letter please
remember to bring proof of identity,
eg Birth Certificate, household
bill, passport, driving licence or
ID card.
